LinkEZE Limited Warranty

LinkEZE provides a limited warranty on our 3-Point Hitch and implements for ATV/UTV vehicles, purchased from authorized distributors. This covers defects in materials and factory workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

This warranty applies to all LinkEZE 3-Point Hitch models and implements sold through authorized channels for ATV and UTV use. We will repair or replace defective parts with new or remanufactured genuine LinkEZE parts at no cost during the warranty period.

Warranty Period

Coverage begins on the purchase date shown on your receipt or order confirmation and lasts for 12 months. Warranty starts from first delivery or dealer service placement, such as for demonstrators.

Who is Eligible

This non-transferable warranty applies only to the original purchaser or user. It ends if the product is sold to a subsequent owner.

What is Not Covered

· Damage from accidents, carelessness, or misuse.

· Alterations, modifications, or use of non-genuine LinkEZE parts.

· Changes to original specifications or third-party repairs.

· Attempts at repair by unauthorized personnel, which void the warranty.

Limitations

This warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages, such as property damage, rental costs, transportation, loss of use, or inconvenience. Some states do not allow exclusion of these damages, so this may not apply to you.

How to Get Warranty Service

Contact our customer service at Shipping@usa.unipartsgroup.com with your proof of purchase. We will evaluate the claim, provide instructions, and may require you to ship the product to our service center. Replaced parts become our property; we reserve the right to request additional evidence.

Limitation of Liability

No other warranties apply beyond this limited warranty. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness are limited to 12 months. LinkEZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement. Some states restrict these limitations.

Changes to Warranty

We may update this policy at any time; revised versions will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use means acceptance of changes
